1. ACCEPTANCE

Porn Site does not allow copyright-infringing activities or intellectual property violations on its Website and will remove all infringing content if properly notified. Porn Site reserves the right to remove content or User Submissions without notice. Porn Site will also terminate a user’s access if the user is determined to be an infringer.

Porn Site may remove content or user submissions at its sole discretion if they violate these Terms of Service or any other policy, including but not limited to obscene or defamatory material. You acknowledge that by using pornosee.com, you may be exposed to User Submissions from various sources. You agree to waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have against Porn Site regarding such submissions. 13. INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Porn Site, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Porn Site Website;
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
  • Any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the Porn Site Website.

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental/guardian consent, and that you are fully able to enter into these Terms of Service and abide by them.

14. ASSIGNMENT

The terms and conditions contained herein and any rights or licenses granted under this Agreement may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Porn Site without restriction.

If any term or provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision, and the invalid term shall be severed from this Agreement.
